Casting the bronze a few peices per pour, also great for pyromaniacs.

The bronze is heated to 1170 degrees before pouring. It must be degassed just before pouring. Degassing removes any excess oxygenation if the furnace atmosphere isnt neutral. If you neglect this step the gas trapped in the metal can cause weakness and porosity

We heated the crucible four or five times per casting day. It took about a week to cast all 46 peices
